A bet is only valid once a confirmation is received by the system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
Bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect the bet.
Live betting relies on real-time data. If a bet is accepted due to a data delay and it is later determined that the relevant event had already concluded at the time of placing, Jitbaz reserves the right to void that bet.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy: Jitbaz follows a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Any suspicious financial transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be immediately frozen.
Jitbaz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances.
If you wish to close your account, please notify our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Once your account is closed, a new account cannot be opened using the same credentials.
